Here at Shipiloo, we take care to ensure our customers’ satisfaction and hope there is no need for a return. If needed, however, here is our policy:

  • Returns / notifications of problems must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Refund will be made (less any shipping costs) in the same form as payment.
  • Return costs will be at the customer’s expense – except in the case of merchant error.
  • Baked goods are not returnable, except in the case of merchant error.
  • Items returned must be unopened and in new condition.

To return unwanted items:

REFUND GUIDELINES All purchases on Shipiloo are considered final. However, if you encounter any issues with your items, such as damage, within 14 days of receiving your package, you can request a refund. We will require a photograph of the affected items for verification.

To initiate a refund, please reach out to us at If your refund request is approved, we will provide further instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior refund approval will not be considered, as we do not accept unsolicited returns.

Once we review your refund request and inspect the items, we will inform you about the approval status. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method or you can opt for store credit. Kindly note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

PRODUCT CONCERNS Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items. If you find any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, or if the expiration date doesn’t match our description, contact us promptly so we can address the issue.

ORDER CANCELLATION If you wish to cancel an order before it’s processed, contact immediately. Cancellation requests after order processing will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
